I have been a Karate Instructor for 15 years with British Karate Jitsu Kai, Shotokan Karate, G.K.R Karate, Kenshu Kai Karate, Shinzui Kia Karate and now cheif Instructor of Shikata Kai Karate. I am a 3rd Dan Black Belt and also a 1st Dan Black belt in kickboxing, I am also a qualified examiner and instructor by the F.S.K.A (free style karate association), also I am CRB checked by the associations and Police. I also work closely with Schools and Colleges during term time.

The Schools and Colleges I work with are Rowdown Jnrs, Charles Darwin Snrs and the Education Excellence College at Brighton Rd. I teach traditional based Japanese Karate and focus on students from 5 to 40 yrs old. Helping and teaching co-ordination, respect, concentration, confidence, self defence and most of all discipline. I also work close with students (children) who have A.D.H.D disabilities. I promote my club as a friendly family club and try to involve parents as much as possible.
