block (slow). (N)
(5) Punch right (mid-level). (N)
(6) Follow with same hand inside forearm block. (N)
(7) Punch left (mid-level). (N)
(8) Follow with same hand inside forearm block. (N)
(9) Draw left foot halfway towards right, then right foot back to meet
left, into feet together stance. Load up fists on left hip. Right side
kick 180 degrees behind. (S)
(10) Look over left shoulder and draw right foot back (after kick) into
left back stance 180 degrees in opposite direction with knife block. (N)
(11) Step forward in same direction into right back stance with knife
block. (N)
(12) Step forward in same direction into left back stance with knife block.

(13) Press block with left hand. (N)
(14) Step forward into right forward stance with right spear hand attack
(mid-level). Kiai!!! (N)
(15) Turn 180 degrees behind (pivoting on right foot) into left forward
stance with left low knife strike continuing through into left upper deflective
block. (S)
(16) Right (face-level) inward knife strike. (S)
(17) Right front kick. Hook right foot behind left knee after kick. (S)
(18) Turn 180 degrees behind (pivoting on left foot). Draw right foot
back into left back stance with left down block and right upper-level
backfist to the rear (simultaneously). (N)
(19) Left inward press block and right low knife strike (simultaneously).

(20) Draw left foot back to the right and shift body 90 degrees to the
right into feet together stance with left down block. (E)
(21) Step out 90 degrees to the left into left forward stance with left
low knife strike continuing into left upper deflective block. (N)
(22) Right (face-level) inward knife strike. (N)
(23) Right front kick. Hook right foot behind left knee after kick. (N)
(24) Turn 180 degrees behind (pivoting on left foot). Draw right foot
back into left back stance with left down block and right upper-level
backfist to the rear (simultaneously). (S)
(25) Left inward press block and right low knife strike (simultaneously).

(26) Draw left foot back to the right and shift body 90 degrees to the
right into feet together stance with left down block. (W)
(27) Shift feet and body 90 degrees to the left and load up fists on right
hip. Throw left side kick to your left. (E)

left sweep block and right cross elbow attack (into open left hand) combination.

(43) Drop to the floor (right leg bent and supporting your weight, left
leg stretched out behind, hands on floor). (N)
(44) Turn 180 degrees behind while rising from the floor into leaning
back stance with double low knife strikes (left hand palm down, right
hand palm up). (S)
(45) Step forward in same direction into right back stance with knife
block. (S)
(46) Spin 90 degrees to the right (pivoting on right foot) into left forward
stance with left inside forearm block. (W)
(47) Right mid-level punch. (W)
(48) Spin 180 degrees behind (pivoting on left foot) into right forward
stance with right inside forearm block. (E)
(49) Left mid-level reverse punch. (E)
(50) Right mid-level front punch. (E)
(51) Draw right foot back to the left and load up fists on left hip. Right
side kick to your right. (S)
(52) Look over left shoulder. Draw right foot back (after kick) into left
back stance with knife block. (N)
(53) Press block with left hand. (N)
(54) Step forward in same direction into right forward stance with right
spear hand attack (mid-level). (N)
(55) Sharply withdraw spear hand by pulling it up and back. Spin forward
(pivoting on right foot) in same direction into left horse stance with
left (face-level) backfist (knuckles down). (N)
(56) Pull backfist back to right shoulder and execute a second left backfist
(knuckles to your left) in same location. (N)
(57) Open left hand and pull it towards your body. Strike the open hand
with a right cross elbow attack. (N)
(58) Down block to the right with right hand and lift left hand high on
left side. (E)
(59) Turn 180 degrees behind (pivoting on right foot) into left horse
stance with left inward down block across your body. (W)
(60) Raise right hand high on right side. Punch downward across left arm
(end position is like low X-block). (W)
(61) Bring fists back to your hips and perform high open hand X-block
(right hand on top). (W)
(62) Turn 180 degrees behind (pivoting on right foot) into right forward
stance while simultaneously trapping with your open hands.Sharply pull
downward on your hands to your chest level (as if to break an opponent's
trapped arm over your right shoulder). (S)
(63) Jump forward with double front kick (left then the right). (S)
(64) Land in right forward stance with right mid-level backfist. Kiai!!!
