(4) Look back to the front. Draw left foot back slightly into horse stance
with left short punch across your chest. (N)
(5) Step forward into left forward stance with left down block. (N)
(6) Right reverse punch (face-level). (N)
(7) Open right hand and attack forward with right front knee strike. (N)
(8) Step forward (after knee strike) with right foot followed by left
into right foot forward cross over leg stance with left low reverse punch.

(9) Bring left foot back into right leaning back stance with right down
block. (N)
(10) Pivoting on right foot, spin 180 degrees behind into left forward
stance with left down block. (S)
(11) Right reverse punch (face-level). (S)
(12) Open right hand and attack forward with right front knee strike.
